Remember,
most samples submitted are temperature sensitive, so ensure that your
sample arrives at our facility in the best possible condition by
shipping them in a temperature controlled environment. (ice packs in
summer, and additional insulation in winter)
Also keep in mind that water samples have to arrive in time for us to
complete all tests within 30 hours of sampling. Therefore, water
samples are best taken just prior to shipping. It is best to contact
the office prior to sampling or shipping to us to confirm the best
methods and timeframe.
